Activate your subscription code
Your code enrols you in your class. Pick the situation that matches you — it takes two or three minutes either way.
Type the code exactly as it appears, including capitals and any hyphens. Almost every activation problem we see is a character read wrongly from a printout — a capital O for a zero, or a lower-case l for a one.

Nothing arrived?
Check your spam or junk folder first — that is where it usually is. School email systems are the most likely to filter it. If it is genuinely not there, tell us and we will reset it manually.
If your code will not work
- Check every character. Zero against capital O, and one against lower-case l, are the usual culprits.
- Check for a trailing space. Copying and pasting often picks one up.
- A code works once. If you have already used it, you do not need it again — just log in.
- Codes expire. If yours has lapsed, your instructor can issue a new one.
Still stuck?
Send us the code and the message you are seeing and we will sort it out. There is no need to buy anything again.
